I had the pleasure of working with Greg through out my 15 year stint at Oracle. Greg always brought a level of calm and confidence to every interaction. He was very good at making complex things seem simple, and conveying to the customers that it was going to be ok. Looking at his family photos remind me that we are all much more than our jobs. It is very apparent that Greg was well loved and left a mark on everyone in his family. To his family, I am sad for your loss, but as you remember him, think to all the great adventures and small interactions you had with him. You will find strength and warmth in those moments of reflection. I am happy to have known Greg and hope that all those that spent time with Greg remember him with light and brightness he shown upon all of us.
